We took over Chicago with two of the most magnetic people on the planet, Luke James and Mojo Brookzz and y'all, this night was something else!Luke came in with his whole heart on his sleeve. Y'all my girl and good friend ‪@AndraDayMusic‬ came through for #HouseGuest, and my jaw is still sore from all the laughs we had. We got into everything—her deep connection and devotion to Lee Daniels, how she tried to self-sabotage her breakout role as Billie Holiday, why she feels the characters she plays become part of her DNA, and what it was like working with screen legends Glenn Close, Mo'Nique, and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor on her new Netflix film, The Deliverance.
