Honor Thy Temple is a faith-based show exploring the powerful intersection of physical, mental and emotional, and spiritual health—because true transformation doesn't happen by focusing on just one area of life. It happens when all three work together.

Hosted by Jonah Nadeau—a follower of Jesus, husband, father of five children, certified personal trainer, health and nutrition coach, and amateur bodybuilder—this show is built on what Jonah calls the "three-legged stool" approach to honoring our temples. Each leg represents a vital part of God's design for what a human being is made of and called to steward:

1. Body (our physical health) – Caring for the body God gave us through movement, nutrition, recovery, and healthy habits.

2. Soul (our mental and emotional health) – Developing resilience, healing from past wounds, managing stress, overcoming anxiety and depression, and renewing our minds.

3. Spirit (our spiritual health) – Growing deeper in our relationship with Christ, standing firm through spiritual battles, and living out God's purpose for our lives.

Just like a three-legged stool, if one leg is weak or missing, the entire foundation becomes unstable. But when all three are strengthened together, we're equipped to face life's challenges, serve others well, and pursue everything God has created us to accomplish.

Each episode features authentic conversations with people whose lives have been transformed through incredible testimonies. You'll hear from guests who have lost significant amounts of weight, overcome addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life-altering struggles, as well as individuals who have experienced God's faithfulness through seasons of hardship, healing, and spiritual warfare.

Along the way, Jonah also welcomes trusted experts—including other personal trainers and coaches, therapists, counselors, pastors, and other professionals—to provide practical wisdom, biblical truth, and actionable strategies that listeners can apply immediately.

Whether you're trying to become healthier, strengthen your faith, improve your mindset, heal from your past, or simply become the person God created you to be, Honor Thy Temple exists to bring HOPE, to encourage, equip, and challenge you to grow in every area of life.

Because honoring God isn't just about what happens on Sunday.
It's about how we steward our bodies, renew our minds, and cultivate our spirits every single day.

If you're ready for honest conversations, inspiring stories, practical tools, and biblical encouragement that will help you build a stronger foundation for every season of life, then pull up a chair.

Constant fighting in our marriage, feeling overwhelmed with our kids, crushing work pressure, and a toxic job environment pushed us to our absolute limits.

I, Jonah, host of this show, felt trapped as the sole provider, unable to escape despite wanting to quit every single day. The anger, the stress, the exhaustion... it was all consuming. Then came the moment everything changed. I finally admitted the truth I'd been hiding for years: I wasn't well.

While I'd always stewarded my physical body through exercise and proper nutrition, I'd completely neglected my mental and emotional health. Spiritually, I also felt like I was sliding off a cliff. Meanwhile, we showed up at church every Sunday pretending everything was perfect, even serving on the worship team together, while our home erupted in volcanic arguments daily.

Then, God showed up.

Come November of 2024, God intervened in the most unexpected way. I lost my job.

As terrifying as it should have been as the sole breadwinner with a wife and five kids, there was an unexplainable peace. During those six or seven weeks without work, God completely transformed me from the inside out. I spent countless hours just being still and waiting on the Lord, and he met me daily with the gift of His presence.

He taught me that my temple isn't just my physical body. It's made of three parts: a body (physical health), soul (mental and emotional health), and spirit (spiritual health). I'd been neglecting two of those areas for far too long. No more. Something had to change.

And it did.

Over the course of the next 6 months, we saw God move in our home in ways we only dreamt of.

Seek first the kingdom is our story.

And your story, your testimony, your willingness to be vulnerable about the mess, it matters more than you know because you’re not alone.
